Therapy

Our therapists have experience with a wide variety of challenges that people often need support to navigate. We offer different types of therapy based on each individual client's concerns, needs, age, and interest. It is our goal to create an environment that is warm, safe, and welcoming for individuals of all cultural backgrounds, genders, and sexual orientations.

Our services include individual therapy, family therapy, and expressive therapies. We provide therapy both in-person and via video conferencing if you are unable to physically come to the office.

We work with adults (18+), adolescents (13-18), and older children (10-13).

The best way to see if our services are right for you is to chat with us! That way we can talk about how we can best approach your concerns and you can see if it feels like a good match. We offer a free 20-minute phone consultation for all new therapy clients - feel free to book a consultation via our portal, or give us a call at 403-650-7703.

Our practice is situated on Treaty 7 land, the traditional territory of the Blackfoot confederacy: Siksika, Kainai, Piikani as well as the Îyâxe Nakoda and Tsuut’ina nations. This territory is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta, Districts 5 and 6. As treaty people, and settlers on this land, we aim to honour and acknowledge all First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples as the traditional keepers of the lands we work and live on. This recognition is a beginning to the work of reconciliation and decolonization we are committed to as individuals, and as practitioners in the field of psychology, which has historically been an instrument of oppression rather than of liberation.
